Installation of the JRE incl. Oracle Java Web Start™

With Java Web Start you can download Java-Applications from the Internet and run them on your System. Java Web Start is part of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE), that is if you install JRE you get Java Web Start automatically. Java Web Start will be started automatically, when a Java-Application is downloaded the first time with the Java Web Start technology. Java Web Start saves the whole application local on your computer in the cache. So the following start-procedures will be executed nearly instantly, because all necessary resources are local available.

After the activation of the red link there will appear a page with links to the download, to the licensing agreement and to the installation notes. With the download of Java you confirm, that you have read and accepted the licensing agreement. After the end of the download please start the installation-program and follow the instructions of the installation-assistant.
